Precedence and officials’ information under control
Each person can hold several positions, each with its own start and end dates, form of address and rank in the order of precedence. Stela ranks guests accordingly and, if an event requires it, allows an alternative order to be enabled for that event or for the whole organisation.

Official visits and high-level events
Invitations are sent with the correct form of address and position title. Each guest responds through their own portal, where they can accept, decline, send their apologies or nominate someone to attend on their behalf. The floor-plan editor seats each official according to their rank in the order of precedence, and QR accreditation speeds up entry.
Security designed for the public sector
The information systems supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of Stela are certified as compliant with the Spanish National Security Framework, at medium category. Access supports two-factor authentication and corporate sign-in, and an audit log records changes.
