Phases 06–07 · Monitoring and records

Event monitoring, reports and institutional memory

Programme, team, tasks, materials and logistics are tracked throughout the event. Reports preserve institutional knowledge, so the experience gained at each event informs the next.

The whole event under control

Stela brings together the programme of events with its schedule and Gantt chart, tasks with reminders for the team, and the working team and event staff.

Materials, budget and logistics

Materials, budget and gifts; parking, menus and bookings; and each event’s documents and attachments, all linked to the event they belong to.

Custom reports

A report template designer with translation support lets you build reports on people, tasks, gifts, access and auditing. You can select which columns to export to PDF, Excel and CSV.

Institutional memory

Each event retains its history: guests, attendance, emails, documents and attachments. The experience gained at an event is not lost when it ends, and each person’s record also retains a history of the events they have attended.

Events that can be reused as templates

An event can be duplicated or used as a template, together with form, venue layout and email templates, so the next event builds on what has already been learned.
