3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your demo or information request and communicating with you: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We will not send you commercial communications unrelated to your request without a legal basis that allows it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention period
We will keep your data while your request is being handled and, if no contractual relationship is established, for a maximum of 12 months from your last contact. They will then be deleted or blocked for the legal limitation periods applicable to possible liabilities.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@diaple.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with your local supervisory authority.
