A visual editor for any layout
The editor offers round, rectangular, square, oval, imperial-style banquet and U-shaped tables, each with its own presiding position. For auditoriums, it provides grid-based zones with straight or curved rows. Decorative elements, such as text and images, can be added.
Manual adjustments with conflict alerts
Simply drag and drop to change any seat assignment. The editor warns you if a seat is occupied or locked, and lets you lock an assignment to prevent it from being moved.
Reusable venue layout templates
Venue layout templates are saved by location and copied when an event is duplicated, so there is no need to start from scratch each time.
From floor plan to paper
Export the floor plan as an image, showing the entire layout, a specific zone or a highlighted guest, and download Excel lists by space or zone. Print templates cover table cards, place cards, seating plans arranged by surname and menu cards.
Vehicles and parking
Record guests’ vehicles (registration number, model and driver), including through the public form, and manage parking with individual or bulk allocation.
