Large lists, without entering each person manually
Import people from Excel (.xls and .xlsx) or CSV, and photographs from a zip file. Stela validates every row, detects duplicates and lets you merge records. Accompanying guests are configured per invitation: whether they are allowed, how many and in which zone.

Auditoriums and large events
For auditoriums, the editor offers grid-based zones with straight or curved rows and assigns seats automatically. Each guest receives a QR access pass on their phone, also available as an Apple Wallet pass.
Conferences and registration
The guest portal includes configurable registration forms. Each person can choose to attend in person or online and select which events in the programme to attend, while the organiser tracks the programme using its schedule and Gantt chart.
Academic officials and multiple languages
The correct order of precedence and forms of address also apply to academic and visiting officials. The guest portal, communications and forms are available in several languages.
Each edition builds on the previous one
An event can be duplicated or used as a template, with its forms, venue layouts and emails, so the next edition builds on what has already been prepared.
