Managing councils, events and institutional relations
Council and board meetings, corporate events and institutional relations, with a single database of people, positions and institutions that is always up to date.

Councils and governing bodies
Groups are hierarchical and can be reused across events: you can invite an entire group or select guests by position. Recipients can accept, decline, send their apologies or nominate someone to attend on their behalf, and each person’s record retains a history of the events they have attended.

Institutional relations
People, positions and institutions are held in a single database, complete with organisational charts. As each position has start and end dates, changes in officeholders do not require records to be recreated. Tags can be used to categorise any record.
Rooms and tables tailored to the event
The floor-plan editor includes U-shaped, round, rectangular, square, oval and imperial-style banquet tables, each with its own presiding position, and assigns seats according to the order of precedence. Table cards, place cards and menu cards can be printed.
Continuity from one meeting to the next
An event can be duplicated or used as a template, together with its email, form and venue layout templates. Reports can be exported to PDF, Excel and CSV, and an audit log records changes field by field.
